TERMS OF SERVICE — LUXELACELLC

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS By accessing this website and purchasing products from LUXELACELLC, you (“the Client”) signify that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not purchase our products. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS & QUALITY

  • Natural Variation: Our products consist of authentic, premium-quality human hair. Because each unit is sourced with care, slight variations in color, curl pattern, and texture are inherent characteristics of the product and not defects.

  • Customization Risks: Any modifications performed by the customer—including bleaching, dyeing, plucking, or excessive heat styling—are at the customer’s own risk. LUXELACELLC is not liable for structural damage, hair shedding, or degradation caused by third-party chemical or physical alteration.

3. ORDERING, PROCESSING & PAYMENT

  • Payment Authorization: By submitting payment, you certify that you are an authorized user of the payment method provided. All transactions are processed securely.

  • Order Accuracy: Once an order has been submitted and processing has begun, modifications or cancellations are not permitted. Please verify your shipping address and order details before checkout.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Carrier Partners: We ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. LUXELACELLC is not liable for transit delays caused by carrier disruptions, weather, or customs.

  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for all items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier that are reported as missing.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content, design, branding, and materials featured on this website—including the LUXELACELLC logo, photography, and product descriptions—are the exclusive intellectual property of LUXELACELLC. Unauthorized distribution or reproduction for commercial use is strictly prohibited.

6. RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY As per our Return & Refund Policy, all sales are final. Exchanges are permitted solely for order discrepancies (wrong item received) and must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Products must be in their original, factory-sealed, and unaltered state to qualify for review.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY LUXELACELLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the original purchase price paid by the customer for the specific item in question.

8. GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kansas City, Missouri.
